We are seeking to appoint reliable, flexible and enthusiastic individuals to join our Exam Invigilation team to support with the processing of all external and internal examination, controlled assessments and vocational qualifications.

    We are seeking to appoint reliable, flexible and enthusiastic individuals to join our Exam Invigilation team to support with the processing of all external and internal examination, controlled assessments and vocational qualifications.

    Experience of invigilation is not required as full training will be provided.

    The successful candidates will:

    • Have an excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
    • Be passionate about working with young people.
    • Be calm, confident and professional at all times.
    • Be punctual and dependable with good time management.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of materials.
    • Flexible to work during the examination seasons as required throughout the year, in particular December, May and June.

    The role will involve:

    • Setting up examination rooms
    • Ensuring correct exam procedures are followed
    • Distribution and collection of examination papers
    • Upholding exam integrity by ensuring adherence to JCQ regulation
    • Supervising pupils during the examination, preventing candidate malpractice and preventing administrative errors.
