About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed SENDCo and Inclusion Lead to lead and develop inclusive practice across our Catholic primary school within Holy Cross Catholic Multi Academy Company. The postholder will have strategic responsibility for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and inclusion, working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child is supported to achieve their full potential. Grounded in our Catholic ethos, the role plays a key part in promoting dignity, belonging, and high aspirations for all pupils, particularly the most vulnerable.
