Improvements have only been achieved by working together on a clear vision and looking after our biggest asset, our staff. We started with WHY? Why should you want to work at Newhouse? The answer is, our people. We come to work to support our students and fellow colleagues. We create an environment of high expectations that means our people treat each other with respect. When you have a bad day, we have your back. We work hard together and develop leaders that in turn develop other leaders both at staffing and student level.
We enjoy our jobs but also understand that education can be a harsh environment, but by working as a team we can solve things together.
