The Role

We are seeking reliable, punctual, and professional Exam Invigilators to supervise internal and external assessments on an ad hoc basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our exam processes, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with all examination board regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up exam rooms and distributing papers and materials.
  • Ensuring candidates follow examination regulations and maintaining exam conditions.
  • Recording accurate attendance and start/finish times.
  • Supervising students throughout exams, including during any necessary absences.
  • Collecting and securing exam scripts after each session.
  • Supporting the Exams Officer and wider school team with related duties.
  • Attending training/refresher sessions as required.

  • Possesses excellent timekeeping and methodical attention to detail.
  • Are calm under pressure and able to manage situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Are flexible and able to work as part of a team.

  • Previous experience is not essential - full training will be provided.
