We are expanding our Premises and Lettings Team across the Trust.

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is increasing its community use of its secondary schools at weekends and so is looking to expand its team of Lettings and Premises Officers at weekends.

There are currently 6 secondary schools in the Trust:

  • Ashby School - Ashby de la Zouch
  • Bosworth Academy - Desford
  • Countesthorpe Academy - Countesthorpe
  • Ibstock School - Ibstock
  • Ivanhoe School - Ashby de la Zouch
  • The Winstanley School - Braunstone Town

We can be very flexible with these appointments. In terms of location candidates can apply to work at one or more schools, they can work Saturdays, Sundays or both, every week or alternate weekends.

In addition to the core hours at each school extra hours may be available, but not obligatory for successful candidates.

The work will be customer focused - Lettings Premises Officers will be the face of the Trust to the members of the community hiring our facilities.

The high quality facilities include swimming pools at Ashby, Ibstock, Bosworth and Winstanley, sports playing fields, ‘astroturf’ pitches, sports halls and gyms, classrooms, theatres, dance studios, a computer gaming room (at Countesthorpe) and lecture halls.

We are looking for candidates who have current or recent experience in Premises Officer, Lettings Officer or Leisure Services. However full training on all aspects of the role will be provided by our Lettings Team and each schools’ Facilities Managers.

You will be joining a team of established Premises Officers at each of the schools, along with the Lettings Team, who will ensure you are fully integrated into your role.

Candidates may already be working in one of our schools and looking for additional guaranteed hours. Alternatively candidates may be new to the Trust and looking for regular weekend work. We are seeking to appoint several Weekend Lettings & Premises Officers and can offer flexibility to meet individual preferences.
