Pastoral Coordinator
We are seeking to appoint an empathic, supportive and emotionally intelligent individual to the post of Pastoral Coordinator to join our forward thinking school that is a part of the Leverhulme Academy Trust. The successful applicant will join the existing experienced and motivated Pastoral team. Our school is a welcoming and inclusive learning community, with our students at the heart of all that we do.

Pastoral Coordinator job summary
Salary: Grade F scp 17 to 23 - £26,534 to £29,453 per annum
(Full time equivalent salary: £31,022 to £34,434)
Full time - Term time plus 5 days
37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm (including an unpaid 30 minute lunch break).

The position will involve providing pastoral support across a year group. Our young people need a positive role model who will motivate them, believe in their abilities, raise their aspirations and help them to see their potential whilst building their resilience and self-esteem.
