Join an Outstanding School Where Every Day is an Adventure
At [Employer hidden], learning really is an adventure. Our pupils describe their journey here as exciting, challenging and full of opportunity - and our most recent Ofsted inspection praised the “incredible journeys” they make every day.
We are an outstanding special school for pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of complex needs. Our approach is rooted in care, respect and ambition: we expect the very best for our pupils and support them to achieve it. Our curriculum is unique, purposeful, creative and designed to unlock every child’s potential.
We are looking to appoint a talented teacher to lead learning in a class of children aged 11-16 who each have a range of complex needs and communication and interaction difficulties. Whilst the vacancy advertised is in Key Stage 3/4 our staff are sometimes required to teach in other phases of the school which includes Primary and Post 16. Flexibility is an asset!

- Ability to create engaging, challenging and personalised learning experiences
- High expectations for yourself and your pupils
- Skills in teamwork, communication and classroom leadership
- Positivity, energy and a strong sense of commitment.
