About the Role

As our Head Teacher, you will:

  • Provide strategic, compassionate and values‑driven leadership
  • Build on our strong foundations to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, learning and safeguarding
  • Work closely with an engaged Governing Body
  • Contribute to Trust‑wide leadership, collaborating with Heads across Equals Trust to shape practice, share expertise and support each other
