  • Someone passionate about transforming the lives of children and their families to overcome barriers to learning, including leading on attendance & medical needs
  • A self-starter keen to improve their own practice and who enjoys autonomy
  • Someone who enthusiastic, creative, assertive and adaptable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of professionals including social services
  • Someone with a positive attitude and a good telephone manner
  • Someone who can confidently use technology to represent and analyse data, manage records & communicate effectively
