We are seeking an inspiring Assistant Head SENCO to join our Senior Leadership Team for a maternity cover period. This is an opportunity to champion equity, lead a dedicated SEND team, and ensure every child in our school continues to thrive.

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with a proven track record of impact in SEND. You will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) and possess the emotional intelligence to lead sensitive conversations with families and staff alike. Whether you are an experienced Assistant Head or an ambitious SENCO looking for your first SLT post, you will be supported by a school that puts inclusion at the heart of its mission.
