MIDDAY SUPERVISOR TEAM LEADER
Commencing - ASAP
Salary - £28,598 to £29,540 FTE
Actual Salary - £13,897 to £14,355 p.a.
Term Time Only
21.25 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 2:30pm (unpaid 15 minute break)
The Role
[Employer hidden] is seeking a committed and organised Midday Supervisor Team Leader to join our team, ensuring the effective supervision and well-being of students during social times. As a Midday Supervisor Team Leader, you will:
- Work closely with the Senior Midday Supervisors to coordinate the Midday Teams, ensuring students are well-supervised and Trust practices and policies are being adhered to.
- Oversee Midday Team rotas and ensure a variety of activities are provided during breaks and lunchtimes.
- Lead the line management, annual appraisals and ongoing professional development of the Senior Midday Supervisors.
- Act as a vital link between the Midday Team and Senior Leadership, facilitating effective communication and teamwork.
- Support the induction and training of new Midday Supervisors to ensure they are well-prepared for their role.
- Contribute to Midday Team duties by supervising students, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining cleanliness of the Academy’s indoor and outdoor areas.
