• GCSE/Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths/Numeracy and English/literacy
• Resilience to deal with the challenges faced in developing this area of work.
• Ability to relate well to children and adults
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Good organising, planning and prioritising skills
• Methodical with a good attention to detail
• Listening skills
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
