What skills and experience we're looking for
- GCSE/Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths/Numeracy and English/literacy
- Resilience to deal with the challenges faced in developing this area of work.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good organising, planning and prioritising skills
- Methodical with a good attention to detail
- Listening skills
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
