You will have:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
• The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
• Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
• Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.

Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Manchester is a Muslim faith-based secondary school for boys, which welcomes pupils from all faiths and none. We opened in Cheetham Hill in 2017 and moved to a new state-of-the-art campus in 2019. Like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.

We were rated as 'Good' overall by Ofsted during our first inspection in November 2021. In January 2026, the school was inspected under Ofsted’s new framework and ‘report card’ grading system (introduced in November 2025) and we were awarded ‘Exceptional’ – the highest grade – in three areas and ‘Strong standard’ – the second highest grade – in the remaining three areas.
