Netheravon All Saints Church of England Primary School is looking for a vibrant and inspiring Early Years Teacher to join its friendly team and work with pupils in our reception class, with effect from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT or an experienced teacher, who is passionate about helping all children to thrive

We are looking for someone who:

• Is committed to becoming a truly excellent teacher;
• Can teach a broad range of engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve student attainment;
• Can plan and deliver lessons and sequences of lessons to the highest standard that ensure real learning takes place and students make superior progress;
• Has good knowledge and awareness of current initiatives in the EYFS / Primary Curriculum;
• Is able to raise attainment and challenge students to achieve their best;
• Is an effective team member who can contribute positively to our Early Years class and across the wider school community;
• Is committed to the need to safeguard and nurture our pupils;
• Has a positive, cheerful outlook with a good sense of humour;
• Is able to forge good relationships with students and staff;
• Is able to work hard and remain calm under pressure;
• Has a desire to work within the Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) structure.
