Located in the village of Netheravon, Wiltshire, we are a proud Church school, right at the heart of our community, where everyone is valued and encouraged to grow in every way—academically, spiritually, and personally. Our Christian values guide all we do, helping us to build a caring, respectful and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired. As a values-based school, we pride ourselves on the way in which our children grow in every sense during their time with us. Our staff encourage pupils to aim high and help them to develop their unique talents and skills through a broad, balanced and stimulating curriculum. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to becoming a truly excellent teacher;
  • Can teach a broad range of engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve student attainment;

  • Has good knowledge and awareness of current initiatives in the EYFS / Primary Curriculum;
  • Is able to raise attainment and challenge students to achieve their best;
  • Is an effective team member who can contribute positively to our Early Years class and across the wider school community;
  • Is committed to the need to safeguard and nurture our pupils;
  • Has a positive, cheerful outlook with a good sense of humour;
  • Is able to forge good relationships with students and staff;
  • Is able to work hard and remain calm under pressure;
  • Has a desire to work within the Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) structure.

We can offer the successful candidate:

  • An ambitious and vibrant place to work, with enthusiastic children and staff who are passionate about learning;
