What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a creative, enthusiastic teacher, who: has high expectations and uses these to deliver engaging lessons; has an innovative and exciting approach to learning; has the ability to reflect on and develop their own practice; is well organised and a proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school team; has experience of teaching within KS1/KS2; have a good understanding of teaching phonics (we use Little Wandle).
