FULL DESCRIPTION

Project Manager

Lead the planning and implementation of build projects, manage internal teams, identify process enhancements, and foster a productive work environment. Responsibilities include hiring, supplier negotiations, inventory management, and increasing sales. Requires experience in managing multi-regional sites, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of all aspects of a build project, ensuring all elements of the project are addressed as required (e.g. costs, contracts, programmes of work, risk assessments etc).
  • Develop close relationships with internal teams to ensure they fully understand your vision, plan, and expectation.
  • Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Foster a positive, productive and accountable work environment.
  • Assist with hiring qualified talent for different departments (India and Europe ).
  • Improving Purchase from Europe, bringing new supplier on board.
  • Negotiating with supplier for payment condition.
  • Make sure we not going to out of stock , No overstock ,No defect rate.
  • Increasing sales and profit (with current portfolio).
  • After achieving this , increase product range .we will provide you data.
  • Managing all team member (All Europe pharma company) Purchase/sales/regulatory/operation/warehouse/logistic.
  • Track own and team work progress.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in managing multi-regional sites remotely.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced standard of education (Bachelor’s degree or similar).
  • Project management and/or Change management experience.
  • Lean Sigma a plus.
  • Worked in International multi-layered matrix organization.
  • General knowledge of healthcare industry.
  • Expert/Pro knowledge of Excel and MS-Office suit.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
