Digital Transformation Partner
Salary: £46,148 – £52,809 per annum + Generous holidays, Pension
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Winsley, Wiltshire
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Acting as owner for all Digital Technology including Information Technology (IT), Assistive / Adaptive Technology (AT), Business Intelligence (BI), and Digital Transformation by being a subject expert and effective people leader. Providing appropriate strategic advice on technology advancements
- Act as a trusted digital transformation partner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the organisation.
- Lead on business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and supplier selection.
- Scope, design, and deliver digital change projects that streamline workflows and reduce duplication.
- Facilitate workshops and user groups to gather insights and shape requirements.
- Develop system process maps and support continuous improvement across departments.
- Translate business needs into effective digital and technological solutions.
- Configure digital systems where appropriate to meet user requirements.
- Manage project implementation, including testing, change management, and training.
- Assess business impacts of change and ensure readiness through effective communication and planning.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and timelines to deliver outcomes successfully.
- Collaborate with internal and external digital teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Support the Digital Transformation Manager in building and embedding digital capability across the organisation.

HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time position. You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - with hybrid working available.
ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:
- To be experienced in project and/or change management within an IT environment, with experience of using a formal methodology (such as PRINCE2, Agile, APMP etc).
- To be experienced in business analysis, with experience of working in a transformation and/or business change environment.
- To be experienced in delivering projects and/or change in line with a formal change control process.
- To be experienced in managing technological change, and encouraging it's adoption by end users.
- To be experienced in managing external suppliers to jointly deliver change.
- To have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), along with excellent presentation and report writing skills, and a good eye for detail.
- To be able to demonstrate responsible behaviour, with a pro-active and self-motivated attitude, working well under pressure.
- To be able to use own initiative and demonstrate flexible problem solving skills.
Desirable requirements:
- To be experienced in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits as part of project and/or change management.
