FULL DESCRIPTION

Engineering Project Administrator

The Engineering Project Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering Department, including diary management, minute taking, report production, and coordination with contractors to ensure deadlines are met. The role also involves maintaining Health and Safety documentation and records.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative support and diary management for the Engineering Management Team, including minute taking and distributing minutes, and producing and distributing reports.
  • Arranging and scheduling external and internal appointments and meetings.
  • Creating purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure all required H&S paperwork has been submitted and issuing permits to work
  • Maintain accurate Health and Safety documentation and records
  • Liaise with the project team to create a plan of work, coordinating team members and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
  • To implement and maintain a positive Health and Safety Culture ensuring that Company Health & Safety systems and procedures are understood and adhered to.
