A great opportunity for a Development Manager to work for a leading Property Developer who specialise in Large Scale Regeneration Development projects across London.

This is a role working on a live development scheme at post planning, pre development and construction phases delivering 900 units of a residential and mixed use scheme.

Joining a successful development team with a robust development pipeline and projects at different stages of the development cycle, there is a great opportunity to actively join a project during its delivery stages to support the Lead Development Manager on pre-development and construction phases of development project, managing development budgets, costs and financial appraisals, all legal requirements, stakeholder management and reporting.

You would be a Development Manager, Project Management professional with strong exposure to the full development cycle in Real Estate property Development.

Experience in delivering residential and mixed use regeneration projects is of strong interest. A background working for a Property Developer, Development and/or Project Management Consultancy in a similar role is of interest too.
