About the Role

Our client is a leading premium residential developer who is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead and drive performance across a portfolio of landmark London developments.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering sales strategy, revenue targets, and an outstanding customer journey aligned with a reputation for quality and integrity.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire multi-site sales teams to exceed performance targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategy across a portfolio of high-value developments
  • Drive pricing, forecasting, and sales velocity in line with market conditions
  • Champion exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
  • Work closely with Marketing, Construction, and Finance to ensure successful scheme launches and sustained performance

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience within residential London property development
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin targets
  • Skilled in team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven, strategic, and highly customer-focused
  • Credible and confident operating at executive level
