FULL DESCRIPTION

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Service Engineers in a busy workshop environment.
  • Driving productivity, efficiency and performance to support business growth.
  • Overseeing day-to-day workshop and service office operations and planning workloads.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Interpreting financial and performance data.
  • Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience working in a workshop or engineering environment within the agricultural or construction industry.
  • Brings strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is commercially aware and confident managing performance and efficiencies.
  • Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
