FULL DESCRIPTION

Due to business growth, [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd is seeking an Agricultural Sales Representative to join their team in Lancashire. The role involves selling new and used agricultural machinery, building customer relationships, and managing the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a good understanding of the agricultural industry, and a full UK driving license.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling new and used agricultural machinery from world-renowned brands to both existing and new customers in our territory.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers, including farmers, landowners, and agricultural businesses.
  • Understanding our customers’ needs and matching them with the right machinery solutions.
  • Promoting our full product range and attending shows, demos, and events.
  • Managing the full sales process — from quote to delivery — including all relevant paperwork.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about agricultural machinery.
  • Has strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Is a confident communicator and IT literate.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Has previous sales experience (ideal, but not essential if you have industry knowledge/understanding).

Location: Based at [Employer hidden] Ltd Lancashire (Cabus Nook Farm, Cabus Nook, Cabus, Preston PR3 1AA), but you’ll spend most of your time on the road, visiting customers in our territory.

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
