FULL DESCRIPTION

Due to business growth, we’re growing our sales team and so an exciting opportunity has opened for an Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd Lancashire. If you have strong customer service skills, a good understanding of the agricultural industry, and a desire to build lasting relationships while selling market-leading machinery — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling new and used agricultural machinery from world-renowned brands to both existing and new customers in our territory.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers, including farmers, landowners, and agricultural businesses.
  • Understanding our customers’ needs and matching them with the right machinery solutions.
  • Promoting our full product range and attending shows, demos, and events.
  • Managing the full sales process — from quote to delivery — including all relevant paperwork.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about agricultural machinery.
  • Has strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Is a confident communicator and IT literate.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Has previous sales experience (ideal, but not essential if you have industry knowledge/understanding).

Location: Based at [Employer hidden] Ltd Lancashire (Cabus Nook Farm, Cabus Nook, Cabus, Preston PR3 1AA), but you’ll spend most of your time on the road, visiting customers in our territory.

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
