An opportunity has arisen for a Lawncare Sales and Service Advisor to join the successful team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd Penrith. This is an exciting dual role to work across our sales and service departments to support our domestic lawncare business.
Job Role
As part of this role, you will sell new and used lawncare machinery to new and existing customers from our state-of-the-art lawncare showroom. Through carefully managing the customer relationships and matching the right products and services to the customer’s needs, your goal will be to achieve a successful level of sales and customer satisfaction. You will follow the full sales cycle from customer qualifying to sales paperwork to delivery and follow up.
This role will also involve supporting our busy lawncare service department through completing administrative tasks including answering customer queries, both in-person and via phone, producing invoices and taking payment, upselling products and services and being a key point of liaison between our customers and Lawncare Engineers.
This role is the ideal opportunity for an individual with excellent administration and customer service skills to develop their experience in a new role, or for someone experienced and looking to progress their career within the lawncare industry.
Job Criteria
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Experience within a sales environment (desirable but not essential)
- Understanding of the lawncare industry (desirable but not essential)
- IT literate
- Driven and professional attitude
- Able to work on own initiative
- Full UK driving licence (essential)

Contract Type – Permanent
Working Hours – Minimum 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
