PLM Specialist

What you’ll be doing:

- Promoting and supporting our Precision Land Management (PLM) solutions to customers.

- Providing field-based training, support, and advice on PLM products and technology.

- Assisting with the implementation and setup of PLM systems on customer machinery.

- Offering technical support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

- Delivering our RTK drone mapping service, helping customers achieve accurate data and results.

- Staying up to date with the latest PLM updates, innovations, and best practices.

- Travelling regularly to customer sites across our territory, representing [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd professionally at all times.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in a similar role, or an agricultural machinery background/understanding.

- Possesses strong IT skills and interest in PLM.

- Has excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.

- Can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.

- Holds a full UK driving licence.
