FULL DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Workshop Foreman to join our busy service team and lead a team of Engineers at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd Dumfries. As a Workshop Foreman you will play a key role behind the scenes by supporting the agricultural sector of our service department through leading and mentoring a team of Agricultural Engineers and Apprentices to maximise workshop performance by sharing your skills and knowledge.

Job Role:

As a Workshop Foreman you will play a key role behind the scenes by supporting the agricultural sector of our service department through leading and mentoring a team of Agricultural Engineers and Apprentices to maximise workshop performance by sharing your skills and knowledge. As a key mentor in the department, you will also assist with planning and scheduling the workload of your team members to grow the agricultural workshop department.

In addition to this, you will also be involved in completing hands-on servicing work, maintaining and repairing customer machinery and preparing new machinery for delivery, whilst providing an excellent level of service to our customers.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Engineer to advance their career with a leading business.

If you:

Contract Type –Permanent

Working Hours –40 hours per week working Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional overtime
