Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities include sales order entry, liaising with logistics, updating customer records, promoting company brands, providing support to field sales personnel, and handling inquiries. SAP experience is an advantage. Applications close on 8 April 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Entry of sales orders with all necessary details including checking relevant price information
- Liaise as necessary with logistics department to maintain accurate information flow to customers
- To update customer records to ensure systems maintain their efficiency
- To promote Limagrain UK and its brands to help achieve company targets
- Working in support of designated field sales personnel to provide information, quotations, and order support to the UK customer base
- Allocation of third-party stocks
- Credit returns
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Any other reasonable task on request
- SAP experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given
