FULL DESCRIPTION
End User Support Analyst
We are looking for someone to join the IT team to provide technical assistance and IT support to end-users whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of the information system
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to company users across multiple sites and European countries (Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Czechoslovakia) to resolve IT Issues
- Proactively identify and resolve problems related to IT systems, software, and related equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical support incidents
- Install and maintain IT peripherals remotely or on-site
- Update and maintain technical inventories of IT assets within their geographical scope
Infrastructure
- Maintain on-site servers in operational condition (Microsoft, VMWare, etc.)
- Manage LAN and WAN computer networks in coordination with access providers
- Ensure the security of IT data and infrastructure
Customer Service
- Train users on new systems and functionalities (onboarding, etc.)
- Document procedures and policies for users and IT technical teams
- Participate in the adoption of new collaborative tools through animation and support creation (webinars, IT tips, etc.)
Requirements
Candidates to have a minimum of 1 years of experience in an IT environment.
They must have experience of Windows, Windows Servers, Office 365, VMWare, Active Directory, and networking.
This role will be based in Head Office, Rothwell.
