Select Recruitment is currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for ongoing roles in window and door manufacturing. We are offering candidates the choice of working either the AM or PM shift: AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday Pay rate: £12.76 per hour This is a great opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment with long-term potential for the right candidates.
Manufacturing Operatives – AM or PM Shift (Choice of Shift)
Select Recruitment is currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for ongoing roles in window and door manufacturing.
We are offering candidates the choice of working either the AM or PM shift:
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £12.76 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and doors
- Operating within a production line environment
- Cutting, fitting, assembling, and finishing products to specification
- Loading and unloading materials and finished goods
- Quality checking products to ensure high standards are met
- Operating basic hand and power tools where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting different areas of production as required
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit due to manual handling requirements
- Own transport is essential due to site location
