Production Operative – Night Shift
Location: Little Melton, Norfolk Pay Rate: £13.95 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00
About the Role
Select Recruitment is recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a well established food manufacturing business (non-meat), to join a busy and fast paced production environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and looking for consistent night shift work with a long weekend every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitoring product quality to ensure standards are met
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets

- Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
