FULL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Analyst to join a fast-growing, dynamic insurance carrier operating at the intersection of insurance, technology, and analytics. This role offers broad exposure across operations, underwriting, data, and strategic initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to building scalable processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate due diligence processes for delegated underwriting programmes, working with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support and manage cross-functional projects spanning operations, analytics, and technology
  • Take ownership of meeting coordination, including minutes, action tracking, and progress reporting
  • Assist with internal reporting, documentation, and delivery of key business initiatives
  • Support implementation of operational systems and reporting tools
  • Coordinate the definition, delivery, and rollout of technology-related projects

Client & Partner Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and partners, particularly regarding data, reporting, and technology
  • Ensure timely delivery of information and operational support
  • Contribute to improving reporting processes and analytics workflows

Business & Executive Support

  • Support senior leadership by managing priorities, anticipating challenges, and coordinating tasks across teams
  • Assist with preparation of board packs and management meeting materials
  • Prepare and format internal and external communications and documentation
  • Provide administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, and expenses
  • Contribute flexibly across the business as needed
  • Support the development of scalable operational infrastructure

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
  • Support the development of reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Assist in designing procedures that improve operational efficiency

About You

  • Strong, proven experience in an Operations, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solutions-oriented with a practical, technology-driven mindset
  • A collaborative, low-ego team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn across different functions and industries
