Location: Office based (Melton Mowbray) role when not on live events

Contract: Full-time, permanent. Weekend work required (with TOIL)

We’re at a pivotal growth stage, having recently secured a major new client. This role is a key hire for us and will play a central part in shaping the next phase of our business.

The Role

This is a project-led Event Manager role with a strong client-facing focus. You’ll be the day-to-day Account Manager for one of our key clients, responsible for planning, managing and delivering events from concept through to delivery and reporting. Alongside this, you’ll support other client projects across the business as needed. This role suits someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys variety, and is confident steering projects, clients and teams – while staying calm when things get busy.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management • Act as the primary point of contact for a key client • Build strong, trusted client relationships through clear, confident communication • Nurture the account to identify and develop future opportunities • Reassure clients through professional leadership and problem-solving Event & Project Management • Plan, manage and deliver multiple events simultaneously • Own timelines, schedules, budgets and deliverables • Manage suppliers, venues and internal teams • Ensure every event is delivered safely, smoothly and to a high standard Budgeting & Reporting • Create and manage event budgets using Excel • Track spend and ensure events are delivered within agreed budgets • Produce clear post-event reporting and insights Live Event Delivery • Attend and support live events across the UK • Work weekends during event season, with time off in lieu • Remain calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure

About You

You don’t need to come from the motorcycle or automotive world—but curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn go a long way. You are: • Highly organised and exceptionally detail-oriented • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once • Confident leading conversations with clients • Calm, practical and level-headed when things get busy • Friendly, professional and approachable • Someone who enjoys working in a small, growing team where everyone rolls up their sleeves

Skills & Experience

Essential • 2–5+ years’ experience in events, hospitality, agency or project management • Strong Excel skills (budgeting essential) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Full UK driving licence • Proficient in Microsoft Office Desirable • Event or hospitality-related degree (or equivalent experience) • Automotive, motorsport or experiential background • Previous account or client management experience
