Junior Data Engineer Full-Season Role

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our race team for the upcoming season.

This role is hands-on and paddock-based, working across multiple bikes and classes:

• 2 x Superstock machines
• 2 x Sportbike class machines

You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support riders and crew chiefs with performance and setup decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Confident working with multiple bikes simultaneously
• Strong experience with AIM Race Studio software
• Good understanding of ECU software and data systems
• Essential: Understanding of MECAL software for Sportbike class
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced race environment
• Clear communicator with riders and engineers
• Willing and able to travel around the UK for race events

Equipment & Support:

• All necessary equipment provided (laptop, software, data access, etc.)
• Full paddock working environment
• Direct support from crew chiefs and riders
