Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef - £35,500-£38,500 plus 12.5% service charge
The Hotel’s restaurant serves modern British cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. The menu is changed daily, providing variation for our guests and team.
You must be highly creative and hugely passionate about the industry. You will be inspired by working in a highly driven and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity to share and develop your skills and learn from our talented Head Chef.
Key responsibilities of the Chef de Partie/Junior will include:
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and have an eye for detail. You will be joining a brigade of chefs who are continually looking to improve on and enhance the standard of what we offer.
You will be in control of running a section with the ability to work in different areas of the kitchen when required. A keenness to learn is key. The brigade includes some very experienced and talented chefs with the willingness to pass on their knowledge. Cleaning and organisation of the kitchen in general. Following hygiene and health and safety requirements at all times. Concise communication and interpersonal skills. You should have the drive to succeed, passion for cooking, attention to detail, be flexible and work well under pressure.
