Warehouse Operative – Temp to possible Perm (2 months initially)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are recorded correctly on internal systems.
• Receive and process incoming deliveries, including unloading goods, inspecting for damage, and checking items against invoices and delivery notes.
• Store and organise stock in designated locations, using equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts where required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse to minimise errors and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring aisles are clear and equipment is used safely.
• Assist with loading and despatching goods for delivery.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other areas of the warehouse when needed.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic IT skills for updating systems and records
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks
• Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery (training provided if required)

Working Hours & Benefits

• Monday to Thursday: 08:15 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:15 – 16:00
