Customer Care Advisor

• Salary: £25-30K (dependent on experience)
• Hours: 8am – 5pm
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Near Bishop’s Stortford (office based). Due to location, own transport is required
• Reporting to: Customer Care Manager

Customer Care Advisor

The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The primary purpose is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service over the phone and in writing, by resolving issues and actively contributing to enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves managing and overseeing customer accounts, handling billing, metering data, account-related queries, as well as collaborating with other departments to improve processes and address customer concerns. The Customer Care Adviser plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

Experience:
Previous office experience
Previous experience working for service provider in customer facing role.
Previous finance experience
