EPR Operations Instructor

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering classroom and simulator training, including coaching individuals to support their learning
- Creating and maintaining accurate EPR training material
- Leading groups of trainees of varying sizes depending on the session
- Working with trainees, line managers and subject matter experts to build competence
- Acting as a specialist in assigned EPR topic areas and maintaining high‑quality source information

Who You Are

We’re looking for an EPR Operations Instructor who brings clear communication, technical understanding and a calm, supportive approach. Are you experienced in…?

  • Applying science, engineering or maths in a technical environment
  • Delivering or supporting technical or operational training
  • Using Microsoft Office to prepare training content
  • Working with a range of stakeholders to support learner development
  • Coaching or mentoring individuals in a structured way
