About the Role

As a Performance Analyst, you’ll help shape the future of metering operations by turning insights into action. You’ll work across settlements and meter health to improve energy performance and support our journey towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll join us on a 6 month fixed-term basis, on a salary starting of at least £35,600 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and attend our #Exeter office as and when required.

From analysing industry dataflows to improving settlement processes, [Employer hidden] will support your growth with opportunities to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that balance cost, compliance and customer needs.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Performance Analyst who thrives in collaborative environments and takes initiative. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:

  • Experience within at least one of the following areas: electricity settlements (NHH or HH), electricity metering, industry dataflows
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the energy industry, including customer needs and regulations
  • Experience in small or medium-sized projects and common delivery approaches (e.g. Agile)
  • Ability to create and manage healthy relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Competence in data manipulation and tools to turn data into stories

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Evaluate processes to identify improvements for settlement performance
  • Analyse large data sets and summarise findings into actionable insights
  • Support investment cases for initiatives that enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data exceptions
  • Drive process transformation through automation and standardisation
