9-day fortnight or traditional 5 day working week

Predominantly Hinkley Point C, Construction site

Occasional travel may be required to Aztec West in Bristol.

Role Sumary

The [Employer hidden] Project Support will establish and maintain all aspects of a construction project and form the project office. They will support the Project delivery, and site team.

You will be supporting the AB2 or CBS Project Team through an exciting time of growth from project inception to completion, requiring an ability to establish your professional and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships This is a full-time opportunity will be based on Hinkley Point C.

Key Deliverables

  • Provide effective day-to-day administrative support to the Project Lead, Operations Manager, and wider delivery team, ensuring smooth business and office operations.
  • Successfully establish and maintain the site office setup, coordinating with the Project Manager, IT, and [Employer hidden] and HPC support services to ensure full operational readiness.
  • Act as a professional point of contact with [Employer hidden] clients and sub-contractor representatives, supporting clear communication and administrative coordination.
  • Maintain an accurate attendance register for all [Employer hidden] staff and ensure timely weekly submission in line with internal reporting requirements.
  • Support project teams with document scanning and management, including (but not limited to) goods received notes, daily briefings, and permit documentation.
  • Coordinate Senior Management team meetings and diaries, ensuring effective scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, and follow-up where required.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality administrative support to Senior Management, contributing to efficient decision-making and project delivery.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain the [Employer hidden] holiday schedule, ensuring accurate tracking and visibility across teams.
  • Establish, manage, and control a structured monthly site communications process, including the preparation and distribution of [Employer hidden] and site-wide newsletters.
  • Coordinate and control site visitor management, including the issue of visitor passes and the arrangement of any required PPE in line with site and safety requirements.
  • Support the site-wide onboarding process, assisting the [Employer hidden] HR Teams with vetting, PPE requests, and onboarding activities in liaison with the HR & Onboarding Team.
  • Provide administrative support to the [Employer hidden] Team ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and consumables to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace, including stationery and other essential items. regularly, anticipating requirements, and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.

Qualifications

Esential

  • Good general level of education
  • 2+ years of office or site administration experience in a fast-paced organization
  • Competent on Microsoft office programs.
  • HSE Operative Test or CCNSG safety passport
  • Previous Work experience in Construction site environment
  • Experience should include a focus on efficient administration and organization of documents and general office administration

Desirable

  • Business Administration qualification at level 3 or above desirable
  • Good general level of education i.e. GCSE x 5 particularly English and Math’s at C/5 and above.
  • Ability to build professional working relationships with Project team members, sub-contractors, and clients
  • Previous Hinkley Point C Site experience and knowledge of site requirements and Site-specific systems and software
