We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the supply chain for the Sizewell contract. This is your chance to be part of a high-impact team, ensuring seamless delivery of materials across road, rail, and marine networks.
What You'll Be Doing
• Orchestrating the supply chain into Sizewell and associated works.
- Pre planning deliveries
- Taking orders and inputting into SAP
- Allocating truck deliveries
- Making delivery bookings on the clients delivery management system (DMS)
- Making visitor bookings on the clients visitor management system (VMS)
- Monitoring daily deliveries
- Monitoring deliveries and resolving issues in real-time.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams, contractors, and third-party suppliers.
- Supporting deliveries by rail and sea
- Ensuring full compliance and documentation for all site deliveries.
- Supporting logistics operations across multiple depots as the project evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer service and delivery accuracy.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to align on delivery expectations.
- Track performance against KPIs and ensure +95% compliance.
- Minimise hired-in fleet usage and maximise core fleet efficiency.
- Contribute to fleet reviews and risk assessments.

Qualifications
- Minimum GCSEs including Maths & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP (or similar systems) and Excel.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
