Job Title: Crew Members
Contract: Seasonal, April – September with a view to extending to meet operational need
Hours of Work: Flexible, we can offer part time, full time, varied contract, hours will include weekdays & weekends to meet operational need

Job summary and responsibilities:
We are seeking casual general operatives, to assist with general tasks including cleaning and customer facing roles in all areas within the Resort. The role will include cleaning all areas, including toilets, the wetsuit and changing barn, and also general site cleaning and assisting with basic maintenance.
Tasks will include power washing, litter collection & emptying bins, cleaning and supporting the maintenance team with basic repairs as needed.
The role will also include customer facing roles, including the wetsuit and changing barn and any other reasonable duties.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities but will evolve and change depending on business needs.

This is a hands-on role, and a hardworking, flexible attitude is required, with the potential to develop further. Excellent people skills and experience working with families & young people is essential and you must be enthusiastic and passionate about your role and working outdoors.

The role will include providing general support to the managers and team within [Employer hidden]. The hours will be based on a weekly rota, which can be flexible to include later shifts and weekends depending on operational need.
