We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our talented, collaborative team supporting a high-profile medical affairs account. In this role, you’ll be a key player in bringing scientific stories to life — helping our clients communicate their research clearly, accurately, and with impact. You’ll work alongside experienced Client Services leaders to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring every deliverable is high-quality, on time, and within budget.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in bringing scientific stories to life — helping our clients communicate their research clearly, accurately, and with impact. You’ll work alongside experienced Client Services leaders to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring every deliverable is high-quality, on time, and within budget.

From developing project timelines to managing budgets and financial reconciliations, you’ll take ownership of the details that make our partnerships successful. Most importantly, you’ll help build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues — because great science deserves great teamwork.

This position is remote.

About You

You’re organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference through scientific communication. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing your projects come to life.

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
  • Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, with experience managing medical affairs projects
  • Proficient in Veeva (required)
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and managing project finances
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • A true team player who builds positive, productive relationships

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$60,000 - $78,000 USD
