Typical duties may include: Liaising with colleagues and management to ensure that nutritional needs are met, Ordering of supplies, Keeping accurate records of food/supplies delivered, Ensuring the kitchen area meets health & safety standards, Managing kitchen staff rotas, Creating a menu with a variety of options to suit all residents needs and choices, Managing a budget, Cooking a variety of meals for residents.
The ideal Chef will: Have previous Chef experience, Have a qualification in food preparation and cooking, Be organised, Be capable of overseeing a team.
