Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are fulfilled.
• Manage the ordering of kitchen supplies and keep accurate records of food and supplies delivered.
• Maintain the highest health and safety standards within the kitchen.
• Develop and implement a rotating menu that accommodates all residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Coordinate kitchen staff rota, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.
• Oversee the kitchen budget.
• Prepare a range of meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Chef role.
• Qualification in food preparation and cooking.
• Excellent organisational and management skills.
• Strong team leadership abilities.
