FULL DESCRIPTION
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are currently recruiting a Programme Manager for our client’s infrastructure delivery team supporting major non-nuclear works on Sellafield’s site.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall programme delivery across multiple construction work packages
- Manage construction strategy, sequencing and interface coordination
- Oversee programme controls, reporting and milestone tracking
- Drive safe delivery aligned with Tier 1 contractor standards
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement including client and supply chain
- Ensure compliance with Sellafield site procedures and governance
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and subcontractors
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and constraints
- Support commercial and contract management activities
- Provide leadership across planning, engineering and construction teams
The Candidate
- Proven experience in Programme or Senior Construction Management roles
- Background delivering major infrastructure, civil or regulated environment projects
- Experience working for Tier 1 contractors preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- Excellent programme and delivery management capability
- Degree qualified in construction, engineering or related discipline (preferred)
- Ability to obtain Sellafield clearance
