  • Building strong relationships with a wide group of international stakeholders, including national business COOs, Business Analysis Leads, PMO, and key business sponsors, ensuring cultural differences are understood and respected.

Reporting and Governance

  • Delivering clear, concise progress reports, proposals and presentations to key governance forums and stakeholders, including the International Board, International Council and project sub-committees.
  • Providing the visibility and insight needed for effective decision-making, ensuring that critical risks, issues and inter-dependencies are communicated and escalated appropriately.
  • Working with UK Change & Transformation to update and maintain the network-wide project roadmap to reflect any changes in OCI project scope or priorities.

Change, Benefits and Risk Management

  • Embedding a strong focus on benefits management and the delivery of associated business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Recognising and championing the critical role of change management, ensuring that people, process and technology impacts are clearly understood and effectively managed.
  • Proactively identifying, assessing and managing project risks and issues, and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and monitored.
  • Supporting the promotion of a culture of mutual understanding and effective communication across the [Employer hidden] business as a whole.
