Pay rate: £12.60 per hour until 1 April 2026. From 1 April 2026, the hourly rate will increase to £13.45.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live independently and prepare them for moving forward in their lives.

We are looking for full time (37.5 hours) or part time staff (23.5 hours), working around a 7 day rota, to support people in the Cheshire West and surrounding areas, including Chester, Knutsford, Middlewich, Northwich and Winsford

Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.

The service does not provide intimate personal care.

*You will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle to travel between clients in the community.*
