Career Coach

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are thrilled to be recruiting for a dynamic and student-focused Career Coach to join Degree Education on a permanent basis. As a key member of the MBA and MiF Careers team you will work collaboratively with the Career Management team, Career Centre and school-wide colleagues to ensure students experience integrated and engaging career skills support. You will act as a competent and informed coach and communicator, helping students make sense of their career development journey. You will provide high levels of one-to-one coaching, design and deliver career skills workshops, ensuring these are engaging and closely linked to our online resources, and lead on and project manage career initiatives.
