Resourcing Co-ordinator

This in an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] as we deliver our people strategy. Based in Leeds we offer hybrid working, with great benefits including 27 days holiday and 17% pension contribution and CPD opportunities. The team is part of a HR shared service function which supports hiring managers across the group. You will be a brand ambassador for our department and enjoy liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure they are supported fully throughout their recruitment journeys.

About the Role

  • support hiring managers with recruitment queries relating to our applicant tracking system and processes
  • be responsible for recruitment metrics and reporting
  • ensure our attraction strategies are suitable across our range of vacancies
  • have responsibility for publishing vacancies and ensuring our job adverts are accurate and meet internal guidelines
  • support with careers fairs and recruitment related events
  • general administrative support

About You

  • customer focused
  • experience of working with a number of different systems and IT packages
  • used to working to deadlines with a number of different priorities
  • Interested in social media and improving the groups presence online
  • strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • desire to improve processes and efficiency
