Resourcing Co-ordinator
This in an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] as we deliver our people strategy. Based in Leeds we offer hybrid working, with great benefits including 27 days holiday and 17% pension contribution and CPD opportunities. The team is part of a HR shared service function which supports hiring managers across the group. You will be a brand ambassador for our department and enjoy liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure they are supported fully throughout their recruitment journeys.
About the Role
- support hiring managers with recruitment queries relating to our applicant tracking system and processes
- be responsible for recruitment metrics and reporting
- ensure our attraction strategies are suitable across our range of vacancies
- have responsibility for publishing vacancies and ensuring our job adverts are accurate and meet internal guidelines
- support with careers fairs and recruitment related events
- general administrative support
About You
- customer focused
- experience of working with a number of different systems and IT packages
- used to working to deadlines with a number of different priorities
- Interested in social media and improving the groups presence online
- strong communication skills both verbally and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- desire to improve processes and efficiency
