Reactive Works Supervisor

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking to recruit a Reactive Works Assistant Manager to join the business in Croydon, Greater London. The appropriate candidate must hold experience within the field stated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible visiting site to assess the required works following a quote request received from our clients
Produce quotes for small works generally ranging from £1-10k
You will be responsible for scheduling and seeing works through to completion
You will be responsible for quality checking the works
You will be responsible for all Health and safety requirements

The Candidate will:

Have a can do/ will do attitude
Become a reliable and trusted member of the Contract Services Team and be constantly searching for improvements
Understand the implications to the business if procedures/policies are not being followed
Have the ability to build strong relations with all stakeholders
Effective time management and prioritization of workload to ensure that deadlines are met
